Tell us the base resin, processing method, end product, target color or function, and any known constraints. A physical color sample, Pantone reference or finished part can help define the target.

Formulation & Color Matching
The technical team selects pigments, additives and an appropriate carrier system based on the application information and develops a candidate formulation.

Sample Preparation & Evaluation
Trial samples are prepared and
evaluated using suitable test or
processing equipment. Color,
dispersion, processability and required functional performance are reviewed as applicable to the project.

Customer Trial & Adjustment
The customer tests the sample under actual production conditions and shares feedback. The formulation can then be adjusted when necessary.

Confirmed supply
After the sample is approved, the
confirmed formulation becomes the basis for production and quality control for subsequent orders.
